Domain Name Availability Search

You can do a domain name availability search using the various features that registrars supply.
Like my favorite registrar, 000domains.com. Once you put in a domain name suggestion, it will show availability or not and suggests numerous alternative TLD's.

It also keeps a record of your previous domain name availabiltiy search. Many other registrars have similar availability search features avaialble on their sites.

Others, like NameBoy.com for instance, let you fill in two (or more) keywords to perform a domain name availability search using different variations of these keywords. You can even let them rhime or have hyphens in them.

There's even software available to do the same. The advantage is that you can generate domain names in bulk and then let the software do the work. Saves tons of time!

The best piece of software that I know is Domain Name Analyzer. It let's you generate domain names using your keyword, a prefix and a suffix.

Mind you, using all three already means your domain name will contain 3 words and if your main keyphrase already consists of 2 words you will have 4 in total. You don't necessarily have to use them though.
